Dispatch is the next crucial handler of your Customer experience at King. The dispatch team work 24/7/365, to ensure that flight delays, luggage problems, traffic conditions, inclement weather, and other challenges do not stand in the way of a flawless experience with King.

Our mechanical and wash bay Teams are the ones that ensure your vehicle arrives fit for a King. The meticulous mechanical staff ensures that your vehicle has received regular preventative maintenance, minimizing the likelihood of any problem with the vehicle. The car washers and detailers complete the job, making sure the vehicle shines inside and out.

The chauffeur is the most visible and memorable part of your King experience. The chauffeur inspects the vehicle, prepares the interior, maps out your trip from pick up to in-between stops to the drop off. He or she will arrive 15 minutes early whenever possible, assist you with luggage or other items, familiarize you with the vehicle and proceed to chauffeur you according to the itinerary arranged with our reservations team.

When the ride is over, your chauffeur turns his paperwork over to our billing department so that the charges can be tallied and applied to your account or credit card 100% accurately. Our billing team understands that your King experience is not over when you leave our vehicle.
